About the consultation
A consultation lasts 50 minutes and takes place online, in whichever app or social network suits you. Your date and time are reserved once payment is made in full. You can come on your own or together with your partner.
Approach
Everything you tell me stays between us. If you come back with your partner after a one-on-one conversation, I will not bring up anything you told me privately. In a couples session we only discuss what you say in front of your partner, in that same conversation.
There is nothing to prepare. You describe your situation, I ask the questions that matter, and together we work out concrete steps you can take over the coming weeks.
My approach is about building the habits a person needs and shifting how they see the world. This is not therapy you attend for years.
For most clients one to three conversations are enough to see where they went wrong and to understand where to go next without me. Some, of course, come back every week.
