One of the longest marathons of my life.
350 days of writing and publishing to the blog every single day.
When this idea came to me a year ago, I thought I might manage a few weeks in a row — a couple of months at most, until something got in the way.
But we really don’t sense, or even imagine, our own potential and the capacity hidden inside us.
Now I understand that in ten minutes you can write a text and pick a photo that a lot of people can see online, for free.
We live in a remarkable time. The internet has handed every one of us fantastic possibilities.
I started working seriously on my social media on 27 May 2022. At first I did almost everything myself. I had a single helper, an editor who cut my long videos into small pieces for 20 hryvnias.
When I began posting three videos a day back then, I couldn’t have imagined the team, the level of enjoyment, and the opportunities that came into my life from that one decision.
If you become an author rather than only an observer, all of these wonderful things can become part of your reality too.
Time is an opponent that doesn’t forgive hesitation.
While you’re weighing up whether to start moving towards your goals and your vision, time slips away — and takes your resolve with it.
So the sooner you dare to begin, the more interesting and full your life becomes. And the happier.
Writing every day is genuinely interesting. It turns out topics and ideas never run out, because our life keeps moving forward and we keep changing.
Have you ever kept something up for that long? Have you had marathons like this?
