Is It Realistic to Publish Every Day?

A year and a half ago I started posting video every day, and it changed everything. Now I want to move the same habit over to writing — and see what happens.

For the past few days I’ve been thinking about how one right habit can change our life.

When I started posting several videos a day on social media a year and a half ago (from 27 May 2022), I couldn’t have imagined how strongly it would affect me, my work, my income, my development and the people around me.

Producing and distributing video is now as natural a process for our team as breathing.

So I had an idea…

What if I tried to build the same kind of habit, but with writing?

Even though there’s been a clear trend towards video in recent years and every social network is getting “TikTokified”, text can still be the main way of communicating.

Of course we’re not stopping our “video factory” — it’ll keep working at its usual rhythm. We’re just launching a new format alongside it: a photo (or a graphic) + text.

This could grow my Telegram channel, LinkedIn, Threads, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms. And for me, growing those networks means not just more income (which is certainly nice), but the chance to help even more people who are tired of watching video, or simply don’t want to. Some platforms are also more text-oriented than video-oriented by nature.

On top of that, writing text is far simpler than producing video.

Right now I don’t know for sure whether I’ll be able to write original posts and publish them every day without a break, but I want to try it and see what comes of it. I like the results of the same decision with video far too much.

On days when I have more time and inspiration, I’ll build up a bit of a buffer of posts. That will keep the writing marathon from breaking when I’m travelling or hosting an event all day.

But even on very hard, very busy days, I’ll try to write at least one line of new text.

So what do you think? Will it work to create posts like this every day?

Have there been habits in your life that turned out to be a game changer?

Reading helps, but what changes a life is specific steps, not reading. Fifty minutes of conversation is usually enough to see which steps are yours.
