Hormozi's $100M Offers, the film Golda, analysing Western videos, five minutes of Spanish a day, and moving into a 62 square metre office studio.
1) Best book
Alex Hormozi, “$100M Offers”. Insanely useful for entrepreneurs. It is only available in English so far, though — I have not seen a Ukrainian or Russian translation yet.
2) Best film
“Golda”. A really strong picture about the Yom Kippur War in Israel. I will not spoil anything.
I caught myself thinking about how differently a story like that lands after February 24th.
3) Most useful video
Komarovskiy and Arestovych — “Why Do You Need a Dad?”. A video explaining why children end up raised without a father even when he lives with their mother.
If we had watched material like this at 17, our lives would have turned out radically differently.
4) Skill I worked on
Analysing popular Western videos in my niche. I look at how other creators work and learn from them.
5) Hypothesis I got to test
This month we started making a new video format: a short thought on a black background set to music.
As it turned out, videos like these get decent reach and a lot of people repost them to their stories.
6) Habit I worked on
Giving Spanish 3-5 minutes every day. On the back of starting English grammar lessons with a tutor, I decided it would be interesting to pick up an entirely new language.
Instead of music in my headphones I started playing videos like “The 400 most used words in Spanish”. I like it.
7) Main insight of the month
Change accumulates gradually and materialises in leaps. I have known this principle from the Apeiron school for a long time, but this month I can see it playing out in my own work.
I am moving out of my small, cosy studio near home, where I worked alone and could record video on a single camera. There was simply no room there for more equipment or more workstations.
I am moving into a big office studio of 62 square metres. There we will be able to work as a team, record podcasts on three cameras and do far more complex production.
This is the result of a 20-month marathon of creating content.

Reading helps, but what changes a life is specific steps, not reading. Fifty minutes of conversation is usually enough to see which steps are yours.
