My Main Credo for 2025

My Main Credo for 2025

Every year I pick one main focus for the next 12 months. In 2025, that main process will be digitizing all of my work and my life.

My main credo for 2025.

Now that I’ve decided to share the full context of my life with you in more detail, I’ll tell you about the processes that always used to stay behind the scenes.

Every year I try to pick one main direction that I’ll dedicate the next 12 months to.

It’s a strategic frame, so to speak, for everything else — the main direction for the year.

In 2022, that credo was creating content. I started blogging. I broke away from zero followers and zero views.

In 2023, I focused on building a team and delegating. We set up a basic working environment in Notion.

In 2024, my key word was “autonomy.” We built our own studio for podcasts and video shoots and stopped depending on other locations.

This year, 2025, my main process will be “digitizing our work.” Meaning I need to bring numbers into literally everything we do.

Right now, we only count things like the number of people in our courses, monthly video views, followers, and a handful of other key metrics.

But in 2024, several managers, an HR manager, and an accountant joined my team.

Having those people now lets me collect much more precise numbers on our work and plan the next steps far more intelligently.

You can only change what you actually control. And the best way to control something is to count all of it. Because numbers show you the situation honestly and objectively. When you see a properly built report, the right decision practically suggests itself. You don’t have to invent it.

Besides work, I’ll also try to digitize my own life as much as possible: health, sports, personal growth, hobbies, creativity, and plenty of other areas can be tracked too.

As I mentioned before, I’ll be actively showing you all of this as part of my virtual character, #ost_virtual_character.

Maybe it’ll inspire someone else too, and they’ll want to make some useful changes in their own life.
