Product Quality Determines Your Income

You're not making as much money as you want because your product (or service) isn't as good as you think it is.

You’re not making as much money as you want because your product (or service) isn’t as good as you think it is.

I know this idea is very hard to accept, but once the coin drops, everything after that gets easier.

Very often we fall in love with our own product — physical or a service, doesn’t matter — and think it’s wonderful. Meanwhile, our customers, for some reason, aren’t eager to actively tell the people around them what we do.

That happens because to them — our customers — our product just isn’t as amazing as we think it is.

So it’s far more useful to be in love with your customers and actually listen to them, instead of looking at your own product through rose-tinted glasses.

The Bible says a tree is known by its fruit.

When we soberly look at how many people are willing to recommend us and want to keep being our customers, that metric honestly shows how useful we are to others, and how good our product really is.

The moment we improve the quality of what we do, it’s only logical that a line of people wanting to work with us starts to form.

And if there isn’t one, it means we’re still doing our work poorly. The faster that idea takes root in our heads, the faster we’ll start earning more and being more useful to our customers.

Are there many people and companies in your circle that you could confidently recommend and vouch for the quality of?
