A woman is incredibly fertile 'soil' — the better you care for her, the better the harvest you reap. Why making your wife happy is a man's task number one.
When a man acts like a man, the woman beside him becomes feminine.
In my last three posts I talked about why it matters that the man shows up as the leader of the family and takes on the main stressful tasks (part 1, part 2, part 3).
What actually happens to the woman he loves when he behaves that way?
She may genuinely start to trust him. If she sees that he takes care of her and does everything necessary for her to be happy, her respect and admiration for him keep growing.
When a woman realises she is the centre of her man’s attention, she melts under that kind of treatment and becomes tender, loving, sexual, caring, affectionate.
Of course, plenty of people will try to convince us that a man should put himself first, his work second, and the woman he loves only third. The problem is finding a happy couple who live by that model.
I’ve had hundreds of men in my consultations who put work, or their own selfish motives, first for a while — and ended up losing their family. Somehow they didn’t look thrilled with that order of priorities. They were ready to give up anything just to get back the wife who had left them for someone else.
When the woman he loves leaves, it’s a serious blow for a man, and his whole world can collapse like a house of cards.
That’s why I believe that neither work, nor finances, nor friends, nor hobbies, nor personal development, nor rest can ever become more important to us than the person we love.
I believe a wife is the closest and dearest person on the entire planet. I’m convinced that making your wife happy is task number one, number two and number three for a man.
Because if my wife is happy, I’ll be very happy right beside her.
Some men tell me they’re afraid to treat the woman they love this way — what if she gets spoiled, puts her feet up and simply takes advantage of it?
Fears like that always tell me this man has never truly cared for a woman. Because if he tried it for even a couple of weeks or months, he’d see for himself that a woman is incredibly fertile “soil.”
The better you care for her, the better the harvest you reap.
When a husband takes on the main stress and responsibility, the woman beside him can relax, calm down, exhale, trust, and become genuinely happy and joyful.
That’s why I create so much content about male leadership and male roles. I keep emphasising that a man’s job in a relationship is to show up as a friend, a protector, a provider and a lover.
Some of my readers may find this approach one-sided and unfair. Why, by my logic, should the man carry so much? And what is the woman supposed to carry?
But since I don’t believe in the idea of fairness in relationships and build my life on Christian principles, I hold that a woman should be treated like a crystal vase (1 Peter chapter 3, verses 7-9).
And when we, as men, handle our part of the responsibility, we can end up with a very happy family.
Do you agree with the idea that when a man acts like a man, the woman responds by becoming more of a woman?
