For years I haven't managed to drop the habit of snacking in front of the TV at night. Three days of stopping at 7 pm, and mornings feel completely different.
I have a habit I haven’t been able to break for many years.
I love working my way through all kinds of treats (vegan ones) in front of the TV in the evening.
In the morning you wake up tired and not rested. On top of that, my stomach, sides and cheeks always carry those late-night treats around as extra fat.
My relationship with food is a strange one so far.
For the last 3 days I’ve managed to have my final meal around 7-8 pm and eat nothing after that.
I feel much better in the morning, and I have far more energy.
Although in the evening, that last hour before bed, I really want to eat.
I hope I can keep this up long enough to retrain myself to eat in a way that lets my body rest at night instead of working like crazy.
Do you have habits you can’t seem to beat? What is your relationship with food like?

Reading helps, but what changes a life is specific steps, not reading. Fifty minutes of conversation is usually enough to see which steps are yours.
