My Vision for the Rest of 2024

My Vision for the Rest of 2024

Five main work goals for the rest of the year: genuinely useful videos, a million-strong audience, a thousand students a month, a busy studio and corporate clients.

My work plans for the rest of 2024.

I want to share my vision with you, so you can watch not only what we are doing as a team here and now, but also where we are heading globally.

Today I am only talking about the main goals in my work:

  1. We want to learn to make videos that are as useful as they can possibly be. Ideally, we want to get to the point where our free content on social media is better than many people’s paid programs.

  2. We want to build a combined audience of 1 million people by December 2024. Right now all my profiles together have a little over 300k followers.

  3. We want 1,000 people to go through our courses every month. Right now our top programs have 200-250 people a month.

  4. We have a goal for our podcast studio to be booked at 50% capacity over the course of this year.

  5. We want to bring in 10 new corporate clients for SMM and marketing.

Beyond the obvious financial result, goals like these also give a certain meaning and motivation. You can make money on a lot of things. Right now we are choosing the directions that, on top of the money, bring people irreparable benefit.

I deliberately make our goals public so that later you can follow the whole chain of these posts and see the dynamics of how everything developed.

I am far from believing that everything will go strictly according to our plan, but planning is wonderful precisely because in the moments when chaos starts and everything goes upside down, you still have a picture of what the next step was supposed to be, and you move toward it.

And do you set yourself goals for the year in your own work?

It is rarely a lack of knowledge
