The Rhythm of Our Office

The Rhythm of Our Office

Ten days in the new office and the team already has a rhythm: 20-30 minutes every day to exchange thoughts. Here's what that actually gives us.

Ten days of working in the new office.

A certain rhythm of our development as a team is taking shape.

All three of us always have plenty of our own tasks, and we work on them autonomously through the day. Despite that, we try to find 20-30 minutes every day for our sync. That is the time when we exchange thoughts together and grow.

We watch some useful video, discuss it, make new decisions and put what we learned into practice.

Those 30 minutes give a lot. We pull each other into the context of what is happening with each of us separately.

In that time we can also hear something useful, catch an insight or learn about a new tool.

Daily improvements like these lead to a new level after a certain amount of time.

As Oleksiy Arestovych puts it: changes accumulate gradually and materialize in leaps. So every day we set aside time to make sure there is something accumulating.

And are you growing together with your team? Do you learn something new and useful for your work every day?

It is rarely a lack of knowledge
